•  Provides caregivers with job security through PR status, reducing risks associated    with  temporary  work visas. 
• Over 15,000 caregivers to be admitted as permanent residents over the next two years.

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Caregivers must have a job offer for full-time home care work. 
• They need to meet the Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) level 4. 
• Applicants should hold the equivalent of a Canadian high school diploma. 
• They must have recent and relevant work experience in the home care sector
